Board meetings are tentatively scheduled for 7:00pm on the 3rd Thursday of every other month (January, March, July, September, and November), except May due to the annual membership meeting. Refer to schedule below and/or event calendar on home page to verify meeting dates. Meetings are held at the Providence West Community Center, located at 5417 Providence Road in Brandon. All Random Oaks homeowners are welcomed to attend and will be provided a limited opportunity for comments/questions at the meeting's conclusion as time permits.
