Quarterly board meetings are tentatively scheduled for the 3rd Thursday of January, April, July, October, with the annual membership meeting held in May. Refer to schedule below and/or event calendar on home page to verify meeting dates. Meetings are held at the Providence West Community Center, located at 5417 Providence Road in Brandon. All Random Oaks homeowners are welcomed to attend and will be provided a limited opportunity for comments/questions at the meeting's conclusion as time permits.
