The annual membership meeting is held on the 3rd Thursday in May at 7:00pm at the Providence West Community Center, located at 5417 Providence Road in Brandon. Each Random Oaks homeowner will be sent a notice of annual meeting at least 15 days prior to the meeting via regular mail. A meeting agenda and proxy will be enclosed with the meeting notice. In order for the Association to conduct business, a quorum of 10% (29 Lots) must be available at the meeting in person or by proxy. An election of directors is conducted at each annual membership meeting.

Each month a yard in Random Oaks will be chosen as Yard of the Month. The selection will be made by the deed restriction and/or architectural committees with input generously provided by a non-resident volunteer with over 15 years of experience as a government housing and landscape inspector.
