Articles of Incorporation: Original articles defining the purpose and powers of the association, voting rights, etc.

 

Association By-Laws: Original by-laws of the HOA defining various terms including the responsibilities of board members and homeowners.

 

Architectural Standards - These standards were set in accordance with the Declaration in the best interest of the community and with community property values as the primary consideration.

 

Alteration Application - This form must be submitted through McNeil Management's Homeowner Portal prior to making any exterior alterations to your property. You must receive written approval in the mail prior to beginning any project. Alteration Applications must be submitted electronically with all necessary information/attachments by registering/logging in to your account at https://mcneilmsi.com/. 

 

Approved Paint Color List - (updated March 2017) This list was taken from the Sherwin Williams exterior paint colors chart. Homeowners may use any brand of paint they choose. You must submit an Alteration Application (above) and receive written approval prior to painting your home.

 

Enforcement Request Form - Complete this form online and submit it to McNeil Management for concerns about enforcement issues or violations on a property or common area in Random Oaks.
