Random Oaks HOA Board of Directors:

HOA Meetings:
 
Annual Meetings are held in May at the Brandon Library located at 619 Vonderburg Dr. in Brandon (exact date and time to be determined). The purpose of this meeting is to elect one member to your board of directors for a three year term. A meeting agenda and proxy will be mailed to all Random Oaks homeowners at least 15 days prior to the annual meeting. A quorum of voters must be represented in person or by proxy for the Association to conduct its business, so it is important for homeowners to attend this meeting or return their signed proxy prior to the annual meeting.
 
HOA Board Meetings are held at the Brandon Library located at 619 Vonderburg Dr. in Brandon. Meeting dates and times will be posted on the HOA home page in the "Upcoming Events" section. Click here for the 2019 meeting schedule. Committees:
 
Architectural - Volunteers work with the Board President to ensure all properties are in compliance with community covenants and standards. Committee members review Alteration Applications based on established ACC community standards for maintaining a home's exterior and landscaping. Homeowners will receive a written approval/denial letter once their Alteration Application has been reviewed.
