The annual HOA Budget meeting is scheduled for October 20, 2026 at 11 am at the Brandon Regional Library (619 Vonderburg Dr, Brandon, FL 33511).
Homeowners will receive a mailed notice prior to the meeting. All homeowners are encouraged to attend. Meeting date and location subject to change with notice.
